ECF Report: Delivery to Minister 22.02.12

The Engineering Construction Forum (ECF) has now completed its Final Report.  The Report was presented to Mark Prisk, Minister of State for Business and Enterprise, by the ECF on 22nd February 2012.  The Press Release from the meeting and the Report itself can be downloaded from the ECF webpage here.
